If you choose the rainbow disability flag, please ensure that your space is as accessible as possible, and not just for those with physical disabilities - consider issues like sensory overload, deaf and hard of hearing folks, and those with situational mutism or other communication challenges. Not all of these may be resolved, but awareness and a genuine intention to support and accommodate where possible means a great deal.
